Hello all I would just like to say that I recently had an issue with my Plumbing and Richard from maintenance came out to take care of the issue I have lived at Sedona Ridge over 4 years and I have lived at many apartments prior never have I met a more cordial respectful and attentive maintenance Personnel that is better than Richard. He's the best
